Re: Weekly Schedule
Wed, July 7, 2004 - 7:30 PMThis week however, the GAMELON rehearsal will be at Damon & Diana's beginning between 8 & 8:30.
a couple weeks in the future, look for announcements concerning reorienting the work we've been doing on the vocal project (Verzweiflung Katheter) towards an upcoming recording project, as opposed to Live performance. At the moment however, there will be no Voice meetings.
anything else anybody would care to add? here's a place for it.

Thu, July 22, 2004 - 3:06 PMi no mad.. i sick!
Co-incidentally, taking a breather for a week after a show does NOT equal a loss of momentum to me. T'was a restful tradition in previous sucessful outfits of my belonging.. Not to say that it's the only way mind you, just co-incidential that I also feel like hell this week. However, at your behest, I may feebly try and come infect you with my germs if I am up to it..

Re: pollinate your sweet stigma baby
Thu, July 22, 2004 - 3:24 PMnot knocking your illness... that I understand... but I have to agree that meetings are not punishment. Shows shouldn't be "celebrated" by slacking off from rehearsal. I'm with the aetherMonkey on the momentum issue. How many times have we seen everything fall apart because we did some little podunk show and then everyone stops coming to meetings? too many times that's how many. Not coming down on you, but I do take issue with the "well deserved break" concept.
hope you feel better soon.
